1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and pk50 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://pk50.bet and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing or using any part of the pk50 platform — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing pk50 on behalf of any organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement, and all references to "you" shall refer to that organisation. pk50 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the pk50 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk50 operates a strict 21+ policy. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have previously been excluded from pk50 or any related platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of pk50, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pk50 services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to all pk50 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk50. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a functional email address during registration. pk50 may require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk50 username and password. pk50 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying us of a security breach will be your responsibility.
• Contact Details: It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information on pk50 remains current. pk50 shall not be liable for any failure to deliver notifications, bonuses, or communications resulting from outdated account details.
• Account Verification: pk50 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC checks are completed to our satisfaction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk50 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Methods: pk50 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. pk50 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposits: A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated at the point of request, subject to completion of identity verification. pk50 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. pk50 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are displayed and settled in PKR. pk50 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
• Transaction Records: A full transaction history is available in your pk50 account at all times. It is your responsibility to review this history regularly and to report any discrepancy to pk50 Support promptly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk50 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk50 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploitation of bonuses through fraudulent play, collusion, pattern betting, or any other method determined by pk50 to constitute abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not utilised within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your pk50 account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on pk50 — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, keno, and sports betting markets — are subject to both these General Terms and any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market interface. The following provisions apply universally:

• Random Number Generators: All RNG-based casino games on pk50 use certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome or display of any game, pk50 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed. pk50 will not honour bets placed or winnings generated during a period of system malfunction.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. pk50 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
• Maximum Winnings: pk50 may apply maximum payout limits per game, per day, or per event. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings exceeding any applicable cap will not be paid beyond that limit.
• Disconnection Policy: pk50 shall not be liable for any losses arising from disconnection from the platform during active gameplay. Where a game can be resumed from its state at the point of disconnection, pk50 will endeavour to facilitate this.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk50 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the pk50 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use pk50 as a vehicle for any illegal financial transaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported to pk50 immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk50 staff or other players via any channel.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of your relationship with pk50.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk50 platform — including but not limited to the pk50 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game assets, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk50 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk50 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, or transmit any pk50 content without express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any pk50 content.
• Use any pk50 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written approval.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the pk50 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pk50 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk50 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk50 platform, even if pk50 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pk50 service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during registration or at any subsequent point.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by pk50's negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by pk50. pk50's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total deposits made by you to your pk50 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pk50 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information provided by you in connection with your pk50 account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions you confirm that you have read and agree to the pk50 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• pk50 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with applicable law.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required.
• pk50 uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal data.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk50 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players to help maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase requires a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your pk50 account.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of the time you have spent on the platform during any single session.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

pk50 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with your account.
• Determination by pk50 that continued operation of your account presents a regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds — may be forfeited at pk50's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as at the player's own request), any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

You may request closure of your pk50 account at any time by contacting our Support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt of a valid request.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk50 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk50 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the pk50 website.

The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pk50 platform after any amendment has been communicated or posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk50, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in writing to the pk50 Support team (see Clause 15), with a clear description of the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. pk50 will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within thirty (30) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitration process as notified by pk50. The decision of any such arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties, except where prohibited by applicable law.
